Spandow Wohnpark GmbH has completed construction on the Spandow Wohnpark residential complex and will be handing it over to BGG. The complex consists of three buildings and offers fully equipped apartments with private bathrooms and pantry kitchens. The apartments are partially barrier-free, making them accessible to a wide range of students.
Located in the Stresow district of Spandau, the complex is conveniently situated within walking distance of both Stresow S-Bahn station and Spandau train station. This provides easy access to the city and various university locations.
The project was developed by Bungs Patzschke Projektentwicklung GmbH, ensuring top-quality construction and design.
